HOUSE BILL NO. 347 "An Act exempting taxicabs from the                                              
passenger vehicle rental tax; and providing for an effective date" was                              
read the second time.                                                                               
                                                                                                    
Senator Ben Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill                                 
be advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Senator Ellis                             
objected.                                                                                           
                                                                                                    
President Therriault stated HOUSE BILL NO. 347 will be on the May                                   
1 calendar.
